How are Orders shipped?

Small items in our catalog are sent by FedEx or UPS.
Larger items are shipped as LTL (Less than Truck Load) shipments. Carriers are selected based on the delivery address (region).

Delivery Time

Your Order is continuously processed after entry and should be delivered within 3-7 work-days. The average delivery period for the east coast is 2 to 4 days, the north and south central states is 3 to 5 days and the west coast is between 7 and 10 days.

We offer free shipping of all items on orders over $ 2,000.00.

Important Notice

Despite careful precautions, it is possible that goods could be damaged during delivery. Should this occur, you will be reimbursed for the cost of damaged items or we will replace the damaged items free of charge.

Please note the following procedures: Shipping Damages should be reported to the delivering agent immediately upon receipt and noted on the shipping documents (BOL / Packing List). Subsequently, inform teakgarden of the reported shipping damage. If you plan to return any items, please inform us before doing so by Email, Fax or Phone.
