Over a period of time in an outdoor environment untreated teak wood will weather to an attractive silver grey, the length of time will vary with exposure to different climatic conditions.

If you wish to preserve the 'just bought' look of your furniture, you should apply our Teak Oil when the furniture is new. In order to maintain the golden glow, repeat the procedure according to the manufacturer's recommended application (usually once or twice a year).
